We are committed to providing you with the best customer experience in the industry, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make arrangements to exchange, replace, or accept your return for a full refund on the original amount of the purchase price less shipping (does not apply to custom orders).
All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Merchandise must be returned to us prepaid within 15 days of receiving your shipment in "new" unused, undamaged condition and with its original packaging. Please contact customer service at 1-800-860-5690 or email us for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Inspect Your Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged, simply refuse to accept the delivery, stating contents damaged upon inspection and email us. We will replace that item at no additional cost to you. If you do not immediately inspect your shipment for damage at the time of delivery, keep all packaging and email us within 3 days of arrival of the specific damage with supporting pictures. We will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement part to be shipped out to you. If an item is found damaged beyond repair we will initiate a damage claim with the shipping company and issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
If original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged items are shipped back to the factory by the customer without a Return Goods Authorization Form the replacement claim that we made with the shipping company on behalf of the customer will be null and void. This will result in a denied claim with the shipping company and replacement or refund will not be issued.
Warranty Replacement
In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, The Cedar Station will, at its discretion and expense, replace any parts that are found defective within 15 days of purchase. We must be notified by email with supporting pictures or proof of defect of the part or item claimed to be defective. If returning item for replacement or refund, merchandise must be accompanied by a return goods authorization number or it will be refused. All returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer.
