Returns, refunds and our 100% satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund. All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our customer service department. If you are dissatisfied with any product, you must e-mail us at info@thecedarstation.com within 30 days of shipping date to get a return pre-approval and a Return Authorization Number. Your credit or refund will not include associated handling or shipping charges previously paid. In some situations, a 20% restocking fee may be charged.

The product will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Returns take 7-10 working days to be processed and for a credit to be issued.
